How does it work ?

1. Book

You select the Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station as your departure point at the start of the booking process. The train ticket is automatically included. 

2. Pick-up train ticket

If you travel from Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station you pick up your train ticket at the Air France KLM Air&Rail Terminal at the station.


For your return journey to Belgium, you pick up your train ticket at the Air France Service Desk at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport train station.

3. Your seat and railway car number

On your train ticket, you’ll find the railway car number as well as your reserved seat number. The railway car number can be found next to the entrance of each car and on the platform signs.

4. Arrival at the airport

Upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle proceed directly to your flight's boarding gate, except if you did not check in your baggage to your final destination. If your flight is departing from Paris-Orly, take a taxi or the Orlyval metro towards Paris-Orly, where you can check in your luggage.

If you continue by TGV INOUI to Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station first pick up your baggage and go to the Air&Rail desk at the TGV train station to obtain your train boarding pass.

If you travel from Brussels-Zuid/Midi train station to Paris-Charles de Gaulle
You need to pick up your boarding pass at latest 30 minutes before departure of the TGV INOUI if you want to drop your baggage, up to 15 minutes if you don’t have baggage to check in.

If you travel from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Brussels-Zuid/Midi train station
You need to pick up your boarding pass 60 to 20 minutes before departure of the TGV INOUI if you would like to drop off your baggage. If you don’t want to drop off baggage, you can pick up the ticket at any time during the opening hours of the Air France service desk between 6.15 am and 8.45 pm.
If you travel from Brussels-Zuid/Midi train station to airport Paris-Charles de Gaulle
You need to pick up your boarding pass at the Air France KLM Air&Rail Terminal at Brussels-Zuid/Midi train station.
You can reach the Air France KLM Air&Rail Terminal easily via entrance “rue de France/Frankrijkstraat” of Brussels-Zuid/Midi train station. From this entrance, it’s a one-minute walk.

If you travel from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Brussels-Zuid/Midi train station
You can find the Air France service desk at Paris-Charles de Gaulle in the TGV-RER train station Aeroport Charles de Gaulle 2 on level 2 in Terminal 2. The train station is between terminals 2C/2E and 2D/2F. Follow the signs “Gare SNCF – train station”. It’s a ten-minute walk between the 2 terminals.

✓ You are welcomed by our staff at Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station and Paris-Charles de Gaulle
✓ You depart from downtown Brussels and arrive in the heart of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport (and vice versa): it's only a 10-minute walk from the airport terminals to the TGV INOUI train station at Paris-Charles de Gaulle!
✓ If you miss your connection, or your plane or train is delayed, Air France and SNCF guarantee a place on board the next available flight or TGV INOUI at no extra charge

Yes, you can! All you need to do is drop off your baggage at the check-in counters at the Air&Rail Terminal of the Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station. We take care of the rest! When you arrive at your final destination, you pick up your baggage at the airport. This service is free of charge.


However, this service is not possible if:
✓ You have a connecting flight at Paris-Orly airport
✓ You have a connecting flight operated by Delta Air Lines
✓ You stay in Paris longer than 24 hours
✓ You travel to Tel Aviv

If you wish, you can drop off your baggage at the check-in counters of the Air&Rail Terminal, the day before departure between 8 am and 3 pm. The person dropping off the baggage must be one of the travellers and must bring the passports and travel documents of all passengers in the concerned reservation.

On the day of your flight, your baggage will be loaded onto the hold of the aircraft. Therefore you can take your connecting flight in Paris-Charles de Gaulle without stopping at the baggage drop-off counter. 

This is not possible if:
✓ you have a connecting flight at Paris-Orly
✓ you have a connecting flight operated by Delta Air Lines
✓ you stay in Paris longer than 24 hours
✓ you travel to Tel Aviv

✓ you have oversized luggage (sports equipment, large luggage, bicycles, golf bags etc .....)

Please remember that you must present all your travel documents (ID card, international passport, visas, etc.) as well as those of anyone you represent.

First you travel from Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station to Paris-Charles de Gaulle
✓ You check in at the Air&Rail Terminal at Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station where you will receive your boarding pass to your final destination.
✓ You keep your baggage with you on the TGV INOUI
✓ Upon arrival in Paris-Charles de Gaulle, you take
        - a taxi to Paris-Orly
        or
        - the RER (line B) to Antony station, then the Orlyval metro towards Paris-Orly
✓ This connection is not included in your ticket
✓ Upon arrival at Paris-Orly, you check in your baggage at the check-in desk of your flight

You travel from Paris-Orly back to Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station
✓ Upon arrival at Paris-Orly, pick up your luggage on the baggage carousel.
✓ Take a taxi to CDG TGV station or take the Orlyval metro towards Anthony station, then RER line B towards the CDG TGV station.
✓ This connection is not included in your ticket
✓ Upon arrival in Paris-Charles de Gaulle, go to the Air France service desk to pick up your boarding pass on the TGV INOUI towards Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station.

Your Air France Air&Rail ticket is only valid for a departure from Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station.

Yes, you can. Our Air&Rail ticket office is located next to the check-in counters and is open from Monday till Saturday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Outside opening hours, payments for immediate departure are also possible. Only payments by credit or debit card are possible.
