Travel with Eurostar between Brussels and Schiphol

With Eurostar you travel faster and more environmentally friendly to Schiphol.

How does it work?

1. Book

From the start of the booking process, you choose Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station or Antwerp Central station as your point of departure. The high-speed train ticket is automatically included.

2. Pick-up train ticket

If you travel from Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station you pick up your train ticket at the Air France KLM Air&Rail Terminal at the station.


If you travel from Antwerp Central station, you can collect your train ticket by checking in online via klm.com. You will receive your boarding pass and train ticket digitally.


For your return journey to Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station and Antwerp Central station, you will receive your train ticket at check-in at the airport of departure.

3. Your seat and railway car number

On your train ticket, you’ll find the railway car number as well as your reserved seat number. The railway car number can be found next to the entrance of each car and on the platform signs.

4. Arrival at the airport

Upon arrival at Schiphol after your train journey, you can, if you wish, drop your check-in baggage at the self-service baggage drop-off points or at the check-in desks. If you continue with the Eurostar to Belgium after your KLM flight at Schiphol, do not forget to collect your baggage at the carousel.

Check your travel details to see how many suitcases you can check in for your flight. On Eurostar trains, you are allowed to take up to 3 pieces of luggage per person. This also applies if you have purchased more baggage than the standard amount allowed on your ticket.

Pick up your Eurostar ticket by showing your KLM ticket and valid proof of identity at your departure station, between 2 hours to 30 minutes at the latest before departure of the Eurostar.
✓ If you travel from Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station you pick up your train ticket at the Air France KLM Air&Rail Terminal at the station.

✓ If you travel from Antwerp Central station, you can collect your train ticket by checking in online via klm.com. You will receive your boarding pass and train ticket digitally.

Attention: Save your stamped Eurostar ticket, which indicates you have completed the first part of your trip. If you continue by flight, you must be able to show your train ticket at the check-in desk at the airport in order to receive your boarding pass. If you have checked in online, you will still have to show your stamped Eurostar ticket when dropping off your baggage.
Enjoy Wi-Fi and a personal electric outlet on board! You will also enjoy a free-access Wi-Fi network in train stations and airports.

During your journey, the Eurostar Welcome Bar team offers a range of dishes, snacks and drinks. If you travel in World (or Europe) Business Class on your KLM flight, you will travel in Premium on Eurostar and enjoy free drinks and snacks at your seat. Yes, you do! You earn Miles for every trip! Simply provide your Flying Blue number at the time of booking. You can also earn Miles when you spend on extra options such as more comfortable seating, an extra baggage allowance, or “A la Carte” dining.

For safety reasons, children under 12 are not allowed to travel alone on board Eurostar trains. Children must be accompanied (by a person authorized to travel alone) as a condition of the validity of their ticket. Consequently, KLM cannot provide the usual Unaccompanied Minors service when the itinerary includes a journey by train.

Your baggage will be checked in from/to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport:


✓ Upon arrival at Schiphol by Eurostar train, hand in your check-in baggage at the KLM check-in desk of your connecting flight, and check yourself in if you do not yet have a boarding pass for your connecting flight.

✓ If you continue by Eurostar after your KLM flight, do not forget to pick up your baggage at the carrousel before collecting your Eurostar train ticket at the NS Service desk at Schiphol.

Your ticket is only valid for the itinerary (train + flight) booked. If you want to change the departure/arrival/transit points, you must inform us before the start of your journey. Any modification may result in additional charges.    
If you miss your connection, or your plane or train is delayed, KLM and Eurostar guarantee a place on board the next available flight or train at no extra charge.
That is not possible. Your Air&Rail ticket is valid only on Eurostar trains and is not transferable to other railway companies or intercity trains.
For any modification of your booking, please contact Air France, KLM or your travel agent. Alterations to your original journey may result in extra charges and/or modification costs according to the fare paid.   
No. Your KLM Air&Rail ticket is valid on Eurostar for a departure from Brussels-Midi/Zuid train station or Antwerp Central station.
Your Air&Rail ticket is valid for a departure from the railway station printed on your ticket: if you need to change the point of departure, please contact KLM or your travel agent. Alterations to your original journey may result in extra charges and/or modification costs according to the fare paid.   
From the train platforms in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, you can reach the baggage drop-off points in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Yes, you can. Our Air France KLM Air&Rail ticket office is located next to the check-in counters and is open from Monday till Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. Outside opening hours, payments for immediate departure are also possible.
